1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Codent Web Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Codent Web Agency provides custom web design, web development, mobile app development, and SEO services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design deliverables created specifically for their project. Codent retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website or application is launched to production.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals as outlined in the project agreement. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
Codent Web Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
